Join Roseville Police for "Coffee with a Cop"

Roseville Police Department (RPD) invites you to enjoy a cuppa joe on Wednesday, October 2, from 9 - 11 a.m. at Fourscore (325 Lincoln Street).

Wondering how you can better connect at this event? Ask us questions! Conversation starters to consider:

  • How long have you been an officer?
  • What drives you to serve as a police officer?
  • Ask if there are any podcasts they would recommend. (We find ways to enjoy and pass the time during our commutes, too!)
  • What are some of our favorite hobbies? (Tip: We also like to list these in our swearing-in posts.)

RPD thinks community is a brew-tiful thing, so we hope to see you there!”

e-Bike

Roseville Electric rolls out E-bike Rebate Program

Electric bikes, or e-bikes, are a fun and eco-friendly transportation alternative. They can get you where you need to go with speeds up to 28 miles per hour. Roseville’s award-winning Bicycle Friendly Community, complete with 100 miles of on-street bike lanes and over 44 miles of off-street bike paths, is the perfect setting for Roseville Electric’s E-bike Rebate Program.

Funded by the state of California, Roseville Electric’s E-Bike Rebate Program offers our residential customers rebate amounts ranging from $100-$300, depending on the cost of the e-bike. Our income-qualified customers are eligible for higher rebate amounts of $300-$600.

To be eligible for the rebate, the e-bike must be a DMV Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike that meets the following specifications:

  • Electric motor less than or equal to 750 watts
  • Fully operable pedals
  • Maximum speed less than or equal to 28 mph

Rebate applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis until program funds are exhausted or the program is closed, so don’t wait!

Sun City road resurfacing

The third phase of road resurfacing in the Sun City neighborhood has begun and will continue through 2024.

The neighborhood entrance at Sun City Boulevard and Pleasant Grove Boulevard will be closed for resurfacing from approximately September 25 through September 26 and should be reopened to traffic after 24 hours. Please use Fiddyment Road or Rose Creek Road for neighborhood access and follow detour signs.

Resurfacing protects streets and reduces the need for costly repairs in the future.
