Roseville Electric rolls out E-bike Rebate Program

Electric bikes, or e-bikes, are a fun and eco-friendly transportation alternative. They can get you where you need to go with speeds up to 28 miles per hour. Roseville’s award-winning Bicycle Friendly Community, complete with 100 miles of on-street bike lanes and over 44 miles of off-street bike paths, is the perfect setting for Roseville Electric’s E-bike Rebate Program.

Funded by the state of California, Roseville Electric’s E-Bike Rebate Program offers our residential customers rebate amounts ranging from $100-$300, depending on the cost of the e-bike. Our income-qualified customers are eligible for higher rebate amounts of $300-$600.

To be eligible for the rebate, the e-bike must be a DMV Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike that meets the following specifications:

  • Electric motor less than or equal to 750 watts
  • Fully operable pedals
  • Maximum speed less than or equal to 28 mph

Rebate applications are processed on a first-come, first served basis until program funds are exhausted or the program is closed, so don’t wait!
