Mosquito map

Invasive Aedes mosquitoes detected in north Roseville 

The Placer Mosquito and Vector Control District detected invasive Aedes aegypti mosquitoes in the Stanford neighborhood of Roseville near the Rocklin border. Aedes aegypti, commonly known as the yellow fever mosquitoes, can transmit several viruses, however, none have been found circulating in California.

You can help by allowing District technicians to access and inspect nearby properties in the Stanford neighborhood and by removing all standing water completely.

Produce labels

Help rid the sewer system of produce labels

Roseville has a sticky situation! Produce stickers found on fruits and vegetables at the grocery store are gumming up equipment at our wastewater plants.

Young heroes of Roseville! We have a mission for you: help us solve the produce sticker issue affecting our town's sewer system. By collecting stickers, you can contribute to keeping Roseville's sewer system clean and running smoothly. Pick up a magnet, collect stickers, and claim your reward.

Trick or Treat

Join us at our Trunk-or-Treat Halloween Bash

Prepare for an evening of spine-tingling fun for ghosts and goblins of every age at our Trunk-or-Treat Halloween Bash and Friday Flicks pre-party! Stroll through the creatively decorated trunks filled with candy and treats galore. Then, have fun in our kids' corner, where you'll find Halloween-inspired games and activities.

All of this excitement takes place before our Friday Flicks showing of Hocus Pocus 2 on Friday, October 27 at the Mahany Fitness Center.

Trunk-or-Treat is from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. and registration is necessary. Friday Flicks starts at 8 p.m. The movie is free, no registration is required.

Honoring Veterans

Help us honor local Veterans

Join us in recognizing our local Roseville Veterans by adding their names to our Wall of Honor, displayed at our Honoring Veterans event on Thursday, November 9 at 5 p.m. in Vernon Street Town Square. Enjoy kids' activities, meet military representatives, listen to live music and try delicious food trucks.

This special event is a free, family-friendly gathering that brings our community together to recognize and appreciate our Veterans' service and sacrifices. If you know a Roseville Veteran who deserves to be on our Wall of Honor, please register them and share their stories and photos. Donations for care packages are appreciated.

Roseville Parkway Extension bridge rendering

Roseville Parkway Extension Project update

Construction is underway and will continue through spring 2025 to close the gap on Roseville Parkway between Washington and just west of Foothills Boulevard.

In the next few weeks, expect to see additional construction-related traffic along Foothills Boulevard, Industrial Avenue, and Washington Boulevard.

Once constructed, the roadway will create a key connection through the area, providing better access to the eastern and western parts of Roseville. Additionally, it will optimize traffic flow.

Lane closure on Old Auburn Road during Placer County roadwork

Roadwork being done by Placer County will close westbound Old Auburn Road west of Sierra College Boulevard to Petite Creek Way.

The work will occur 10 p.m. on Friday, October 20 through 3 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25. Traffic will be detoured to East Roseville Parkway during this closure.

The Fiddyment Farm Neighborhood Association is NOT an HOA and there are no fees or dues. Fiddyment Farm Neighborhood Association is a member of the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations.  We are here to:

  • Provide an open forum through which all members of the neighborhoods can participate in the identity, social culture, growth, development, and activities of the neighborhoods.
  • Identify and communicate the issues and concerns of the Association members to the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations, the City of Roseville, and other appropriate entities.
  • Keep all members of the neighborhoods informed regarding issues vital, or of interest, to the well-being of the neighborhoods.
  • Encourage and facilitate communication and cohesiveness among all the people of the neighborhoods. To act in cooperation with government and non-government agencies to preserve and improve peace, safety and property values in the neighborhoods.
