Our annual election will take place at the general membership meeting on Tuesday, October 11th at St John's Church (map) at 6:30 pm.

2023-2024 FFNA Board Nominees (in alphabetical order)

 

Loren Cook (Incumbent)

Brief Statement: My wife and we are both retired and live in Fiddyment Farm. We enjoy spending time with our three grandchildren. I spent over 30 years in Executive Management and Senior Management positions at several high-tech companies primarily in the Bay Area. I helped organize WFFNA (Westpark - Fiddyment Farm Neighborhood Association) and served as the President of WFFNA in 2008, 2009, 2011, 2013. After Westpark and Fiddyment Farm split in 2014 I have served as President of FFNA in 2014-2015 and 2015-2022. I also serve on several committees as well as volunteering for many citywide local events. I am a Roseville Fire Department volunteer as well as a Roseville Police Department volunteer. I donate the web space for FiddymentFarm.org and am the communication chairman for FFNA and I am also the current President of the Roseville Public Safety Foundation.

 

Nasser Dean

Brief Statement: 25 years of experience in public policy: CA & AZ trade association - Director of Regulatory Affairs for the Western Plant Health (WPH); Government/public service: USDA Farm Service Agency as a County Executive Director; Grower/businessman: an active general partner in family rice farm operation in Northern CA; Agribusiness advisor: post-Soviet western Russia under auspices of US Peace Corps 

 

Chris Erickson (Incumbent)

Brief Statement: I have lived in Fiddyment Farm for over 13 years. I am married and we have raised our son here who is now 20 years old. although we are not empty nesters, we are enjoying the post high school years by camping, traveling, and attending local events and concerts. We both are HR managers for national corporations and are involved in a local theater group. I have been a board member with FFNA for many years and currently hold the Role of treasurer.

 

Robert Gorman (Incumbent)

Brief Statement: Hello, I am a current Board Member and have participated for about 13 years with our Board. I have been President, Vice President, and a member at large while volunteering for many of our various committees.  Committees include Elections, Bylaws, Activities, Development and other.  I am retired at this time with work history of over 40 years in the Industrial, Mechanical fields with positions of Operations Manager, Sales and Service, Field Service Manager and Applications. I enjoy volunteering for purposes of improving quality of life issues and governmental interactions for my fellow Neighbors in Roseville and Placer County.

 

Ed Kriz (Incumbent)

Brief Statement: 

Current board member and resident in FIddyment Farm since 2016.

 

Heather Smart  (Incumbent)

Brief Statement: My name is Heather Smart and I am a wife, mother and Financial Advisor within the West Roseville Community (Fiddyment Farm). I have a passion for community involvement and am excited to have the opportunity to join the FFNA Board. My husband and I have 2 sons (8 & 10) who attend Riego Creek and participate in the West Park Jr Panthers football program. I currently serve as the 10u team mom and am a corporate sponsor of the program. Thank you for the consideration.

About Us

The Fiddyment Farm Neighborhood Association is NOT an HOA and there are no fees or dues. Fiddyment Farm Neighborhood Association is a member of the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations.  We are here to:

  • Provide an open forum through which all members of the neighborhoods can participate in the identity, social culture, growth, development, and activities of the neighborhoods.
  • Identify and communicate the issues and concerns of the Association members to the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations, the City of Roseville, and other appropriate entities.
  • Keep all members of the neighborhoods informed regarding issues vital, or of interest, to the well-being of the neighborhoods.
  • Encourage and facilitate communication and cohesiveness among all the people of the neighborhoods. To act in cooperation with government and non-government agencies to preserve and improve peace, safety and property values in the neighborhoods.
