Fleming.  According to the Oct. 16, 1924, Auburn Journal, Maude Rinehart said “…her husband grew careless in his personal appearance to the point where he only took a bath once a month…” Based on her husband’s poor hygiene, Rinehart claimed extreme cruelty and asked for custody of their minor child. Their divorce was finalized Feb. 22, 1926. Maude would marry two more times before passing away in 1968.
